Return & Exchange
JEM Security will guarantee 100% of refund for all orders returned with in 30 days of delivery.
Shipping fees will be responsible by the buyer. Please note: If the order contains products that have to be specially requested and we dont carry in stock, there will be a re-stocking fee of 20%.
After 30 days that a order was delivered, JEM Security LLC holds the right to charge a 20% re-stocking fee on the order.
In case of product malfunctioning, products can be replaced under the warranty conditions.
